I joined Scout in February 2021, and I haven't looked back since! I was employee three and it's been amazing to see how we've grown since then. The amount of input everyone gets into the business is fantastic and it's not only reserved for people who have been here a while, you can make a difference from day one! We're an incredibly friendly bunch and can safely say we get along like houses on fire. This compounded with the chance to work with amazing clients is what I love about Scout. I've worked so far with fintechs, digital ID, and digital mental health; the range of different client environments has proven invaluable for my professional growth. We're led by truly passionate founders and we have an exciting future ahead (NYC wink wink).
