Head of Delivery – Senior Leadership

I am responsible for the entire delivery team at Scout, managing the effectiveness, the productivity and the happiness of all our Talent Leads, Talent Partners and Talent Executives. I am ultimately responsible for ensuring that Scout provides a top quality service and excellent value for money to our many clients.

I've been in recruitment since leaving university, both for agency and in house, most recently managing teams with a real focus on service and productivity.

Away from work, I'm based in Thame, Oxfordshire. I'm married and have 2 young kids, Freddie and Billie. I'm a Spurs season ticket holder, big movie fan and extremely average golfer.
