Why do I like Scout?

The real question is, what is there NOT to like about Scout?

I enjoy working at Scout because of the people - I am privileged to be part of a team that is so ambitious yet humble. One of our values, 'Less me, more we', is ingrained into how we do things around here, from shoutouts, team calls, 1:1s to having chats dedicated to memes, pets and trash TV. Everything we do here is a 'we'.

If that was not enough, I genuinely love what I do day-to-day! Scout gives me the autonomy to work with my client in how I see fit. I get to go to their office and fully immerse myself in their culture, input ideas, improve processes, and of course, make hires! Scout has been my biggest cheerleader and has given me a platform to continue developing.

My favourite thing about working for Scout is the trusting culture and the terrible yet funny jokes 👀
